The Faculty of Management, Hospitality, and Tourism at the International Humanitarian University is launching an educational project for 9th-11th grade students, aimed at developing leadership skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and practical expertise in tourism, hospitality, and management.

🔹 What’s in store for participants?
Masterclasses from leading experts in various fields:
Leadership and Team Management – How to become a true leader and effectively manage processes.
Time Management for Students – How to organize time efficiently and achieve more.
Startup in One Day – Introduction to entrepreneurship fundamentals and idea generation.
Travel Planning – Creating a dream itinerary considering budget and logistics.
Career Opportunities in Tourism – How to turn a hobby into a profession.
Fundamentals of Culinary Arts – Creating gastronomic masterpieces with a WOW effect.

🗓 Location: The events will take place either at participating high schools or on the university campus.
📌 Project goal – To help young people discover their talents, find their calling, and gain essential skills for their future careers.
💡 Event format – Interactive training sessions, practical tasks, teamwork-based case studies, and motivational sessions.
