The International Humanitarian University hosted the first International Scientific and Practical Forum on the restoration of Ukraine

On April 11, 2025, the first International Scientific and Practical Forum in Ukraine “Restoration of Ukraine: Interdisciplinary Theoretical and Applied Analysis and Development Potentials” was successfully held at the International Humanitarian University. The event was held at the initiative of the President of the International Humanitarian University, Academician Serhiy Kivalov, the Rector of the University, Professor Kostiantyn Hromovenko, and became a large-scale platform for constructive dialogue between representatives of science, education, state authorities, business and the international community.
The forum, which was attended by more than 500 participants in total, brought together highly respected guests, including the leadership of the State Service for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, the administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, heads of regional authorities and local governments, and leading scientists.
International participation was of particular importance: the forum was attended by high-ranking representatives of the European Parliament, the European Commission, the European Research Council, scientists and experts from the United Kingdom, Portugal, Mexico, Poland, Finland, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Moldova and Pakistan. Such a broad international representation confirmed the relevance and importance of the event held by the International Humanitarian University and its readiness not only to form a modern expert environment, but also to ensure the training of competent specialists for the reconstruction of the country in key areas.
The forum featured in-depth discussions within the framework of a plenary session and ten sectoral discussion panels. Speakers presented a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and opportunities for Ukraine in the areas of public administration, law, economics, information technology, healthcare, education, culture, security, psychology and mental health of the population, etc.
The results of the forum have practical significance and will contribute to the formation of new strategic initiatives, academic and professional partnerships, and the development of recommendations for state authorities and the business community on the effective restoration of the state.
