Private Sector Engagement for Sustainable VET Development: MIND Project Webinar Insights

On May 16, 2025, a webinar titled “Private Sector Engagement” took place as part of the implementation of project 101183228 — MIND — ERASMUS-EDU-2024-CB-VET “Mental Health Solutions for Educational Inclusion in Distressed Ukrainian VET” (MIND) (Capacity Building in Vocational Education and Training — CB-VET).

Among the project’s consortium members is the Interational Humanitarian University.

During the session, representatives from AND and UNINA shared insights into their research approaches, stakeholder identification and mapping, and highlighted how collaboration is built within the educational process and during students’ professional training.

The UNINA team also discussed methods for building sustainable, effective, and mutually beneficial partnerships with the private sector — emphasizing how such cooperation addresses labor market demands, enhances graduate employability, supports sustainability, and promotes inclusivity.

The webinar centered on essential strategies for engaging the private sector and key stakeholders in vocational education, offering recommendations and practical instruments to establish successful partnerships.

Consortium members from Ukrainian educational institutions contributed to the dialogue by sharing their practical experience in analyzing labor market trends and employer needs, and integrating this knowledge into the training of future professionals.

We sincerely thank all participants for their valuable input, engaging discussions, practical tools, and shared expertise.

Together, we are unstoppable!
