1. Application addressed to the rector, indicating the specialty and form of study (full-time, part-time, or external postgraduate studies);
2. Application for admission to the entrance exams for postgraduate studies;
3. Identity and citizenship document (in accordance with Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Citizenship of Ukraine") and its copies;
4. Copy of the extract from the territorial community register with the specified place of registration;
5. Copy of the taxpayer identification number;
6. Copy of the military registration document (for conscripts and reservists – military ID or temporary military service certificate, for draftees – conscription registration certificate);
7. State-issued document (original or notarized copy) confirming the previously obtained higher education qualification level (master’s or specialist degree), along with its appendix and copies;
8. Document on an academic degree obtained abroad, with mandatory recognition and equivalency procedures in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 504 of May 5, 2015, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2015, under No. 614/27059 (if available);
9. Recommendation from the Academic Council of the respective university for admission to postgraduate studies (if available);
10. Results of the Unified Entrance Exam in a foreign language;
11. Certificate of TOEFL, International English Language Testing System, or Cambridge English Language Assessment (not lower than level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or an equivalent level); for German – a valid TestDaF certificate (not lower than B2); for French – a valid DELF or DALF certificate (not lower than B2) (if available);

13. Research proposal of the postgraduate applicant related to the topic of the future dissertation research;
